After reading the cisco certification roadmaps, I share with you the topics that will be removed and the ones that will be added in the upcoming changes. The big change is the moving to Webex cloud solution especially webex calling. This is a good news as the transition to webex cloud is now inevitable.

CLICA 300-810:
New Topics: Two-factor authentication, third-part IdP, OAuth, Hybrid Message Service, Message Archiver Service and Webex App.
Removed Topics: Cisco Unity Express
CLACCM 300-815:
New Topics: SRST, SIP TLS, SRTP, Cisco UCM call recording, and Cloud Mobility were added.
Removed Topics: Cisco UCME and device mobility.
CLCEI 300-820:
New Topics: Webex: User management, Organization management, Site management, Directory synchronization and SSO
