How to get and install a trial license for Cisco Expressway Series

Access the Cisco Software Central https://software.cisco.com/  and select Demo and Evaluation.

In Product Family section, select Cisco Expressway, in Product section at the right, select the first option Expressway COVID-19 Software Licenses.

Enter the serial number of your Expressway-C. Choose the correct version you installed. Click Next and you will receive the Release Key through mail.

Access the Cisco Expressway-C, in the Apply Keys section past the Release Key and click Add Keys.

Return to Cisco Software Central website, In Product Family section, select Cisco Expressway, in Product section at the right, select the second option Expressway COVID-19 Rich Media and Registration Licenses (90 Days).

Enter the serial number of the Cisco Expressway-C and click Next, you will receive the evaluation license through mail.

Access the Cisco Expressway-C, in the Apply Keys section, past the license and click Add Keys.

Now the trial license is successfully activated your Cisco Expressway-C.

Repeat the same steps for the Cisco Expressway-E to retrieve the Release Key and the evaluation license.
